Course Overview
In this second edition of the fullness program I offer you the possibility of starting you in this sacred technology that is the Kundalini Yoga.
These ten videos can help you in two ways:
- As an initiation to this yoga practice. Learning the start mantras and the most basic exercises of this discipline.
- As a fast and effective nervous system self-regulation tool.
Kundalini Yoga contains what we would scientifically call “neuroejercicios”; A series of movement combinations, vibration, sound and vocalizations that send signals to the brain and generate changes in our internal physiology and chemistry.
